NICKEL ALLOY PLATE

HASTELLOY C276 is a Nickel-chromium-molybdenum wrought alloy that is considered the most versatile corrosion resistant alloy available.

HASTELLOY Alloy C-22 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It resists the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld-heat affected zone making it suitable for use in the as-welded condition.

Hastelloy B2 Sheet & Plate is a nickel base wrought alloy posing excellent resistance to hydrochloric acids and all concentrations. It is ideal for the decreasing conditions like chlorides, sulfides, and alkalis. It has molybdenum content that is an essential alloying fragment.

Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance at higher temperatures, with good resistance in carburizing and chloride containing environments. Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium alloy designed for use from cryogenic to elevated temperatures in the range of 2000 deg F(1093 deg C).

Inconel 601 nickel-chromium-iron alloy is a general-purpose engineering material for applications that require resistance to heat and corrosion. The outstanding characteristic of Inconel 601 is its resistance to high-temperature oxidation.

Inconel® 625 (AMS 5599, UNS N06625) is a nickel-based superalloy with excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The nickel-chromium matrix of this material is reinforced by the addition of molybdenum and niobium, which is alloyed through solid solution strengthening.

INCOLOY® alloy 800 (UNS N08800, W. Nr. 1.4876) is a widely used material for construction of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and stability for service up to 1500°F (816°C).

Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. It is an alloy that provides high levels of corrosion resistance to both moderately oxidizing and moderately reducing environments. Alloy 825 is similar to alloy 800 but has improved resistance to aqueous corrosion.

Monel 400® is a binary alloy of nickel and copper (with trace amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon). This alloy exhibits high strength, high resistance to acidic and alkaline environments, and good ductility and thermal conductivity. Monel 400® is suitable for use in temps from subzero to 1,000°F (538°C).

MONEL K500 is a nickel-copper alloy, precipitation hardenable through additions of aluminum and titanium. MONEL K500 retains the excellent corrosion resistant characteristics of 400 and has enhanced strength and hardness after precipitation hardening when compared with 400.

Inconel 718 plate is known for their high impact, tensile and rupture strength. In many alloys, this level of strength results in a loss of welding performance. Inconel® 718 plates stand out, however, since they possess an invaluable combination of durability and weldability.

Hastelloy C276 Plate is one such grade that is manufactured by the addition of tungsten in trace amounts. It resists deterioration in a wide range of temperatures. Hastelloy Plate suppliers recommend these pipes due to their resistance to crevice corrosion and pitting. It also offers resistance in the oxidizing medium.
