The 316/316L stainless steel bar, rod and wire alloy also offer higher creep, stress to rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures, in addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties. 316/L refers to the lower carbon content to allow for greater corrosion protection when welding.

310 stainless steel bar, also known as UNS S31000 and Grade 310, contains the following primary elements: . 25% maximum carbon, 2% maximum manganese, 1.5% maximum silicon, 24% to 26% chromium, 19% to 22% nickel, traces of sulfur and phosphorus, with the balance being iron.

Alloy 317L is a molybdenum containing, low carbon austenitic stainless steel with increased additions of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum for better corrosion resistance and increased resistance to chemical attack for sulfurous, acetic, formic, citric, and tartaric acids.

347 stainless is an austenitic stainless steel offering an excellent resistance to inter-granular corrosion following exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range from 800 to 1500O F.

904L Stainless Steel Round Bar is a high-combination austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content. The evaluation is expected for use under extreme destructive conditions. It has been application demonstrated over numerous years and was initially created to oppose erosion in weaken sulfuric corrosive.

15-5 is a variant of the older 17-4 chromium-nickel-copper precipitation hardening stainless steel. Both alloys exhibit high strength and moderate corrosion resistance. High strength is maintained to approximately 600 degrees F.

Stainless Steel 321 Bar is magnetic and non-magnetic in nature. These bars have excellent machinability and formability that is the ideal option for engineering applications. It has low welding costs or easily welded by conventional techniques. It has good thermal stability without any deformations.
