API 5L Grade B pipe is a common grade pipe for oil and gas pipeline transmissions. It also called L245 Pipe refer ISO 3183, named by minimum yield strength 245 Mpa (355,000 Psi). Equivalent material ASTM A106 B or ASTM A53 B, which have similar value on chemical composition, mechanical properties, and applications.

ASTM A106 Grade B is a mild steel pipe material usually used in industrial plants, power plants, power plants, refineries, and chemical plants. ASTM A106 GR. B Carbon Steel Seamless pipes must be solution annealed according to the heat treatment part to restore the ferrite.

254 SMO (UNS S31254) is an austenitic stainless steel, compatible with the common austenitic stainless steels, designed with high levels of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen for maximum resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Duplex Steel UNS S31803 Tubes generally has a higher corrosion resistance compared to the austenite steels. Duplex Steel UNS S32205 Pipes (both ferritic and austenitic) is used extensively in applications that require good corrosion resistance and strength.

An alloy of nickel-copper, roughly 67% nickel, it is known for its resistance to sea water corrosion, acids and other corrosive media. Only hardened by cold working, Monel 400 pipe exhibits excellent weldability and high strength, in addition to its corrosion resistance.

S32750 Seamless Pipes are chromium and molybdenum mixtures with high resistance to pitting. Many industries prefer these Seamless Pipes for their resistance to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. Seamless Pipes also execute properties like high strength and resistance to corrosion from organic acids.

Hastelloy C22® provides resistance to general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C22® contains chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and iron which makes the alloy resistant to corrosion in stagnant or flowing seawater.

Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking plus, thermal stability superior to that of alloy B-2. In addition, this nickel steel alloy has great resistance to knife-line and heat–affected zone attack.
