NICKEL ALLOY TUBES

Nickel Alloy 600, also sold under the brand name Inconel® 600. It is a unique nickel-chromium alloy that is known for its oxidation resistance at higher temperatures. It is highly versatile and can be used in everything from cryogenics to applications that present elevated temperatures up to 2000°F (1093°C).

Alloy 625 / Inconel 625 is used for its high strength, excellent fabricability (including joining), and outstanding corrosion resistance. It has become a standard material of construction in a wide variety of industrial applications, which is unusual for an alloy.

Inconel 718 Tubing is used in Aerospace engines because it is tough upto 1300°F. Genrally Manufacturers produce Seamless pipes and tubes in Alloy 718, But welded can be arranged on request by seam welding of Coil.

Hastelloy C276 tubing is available in a variety of sizes, including NB sizes, seamless, welded, and sanitary C276 tubing. Hastelloy C276 Tube is a nickel-chromium alloy that is used in a variety of welding applications. Hastelloy C276 Tube is most widely used in methods that need high heat resistance.

Monel 400 or alloy 400 is a solid solution alloy, whose constitution is made up of nickel and copper. While nickel consists of about 67%, the inclusion of copper in the chemistry of Monel 400 Pipe stands at about 23%.
