Carbon steel pipes are versatile and widely used in various industries due to their strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion and stress. API 5L Grade B pipe is a common grade pipe for oil and gas pipeline transmissions. It also called L245 Pipe refer ISO 3183, named by minimum yield strength 245 Mpa (355,000 Psi). Equivalent material ASTM A106 B or ASTM A53 B, which have similar value on chemical composition, mechanical properties, and applications.

These are high-pressure plates generally used in designing vessels, boilers, and heat containers. Carbon boiler steel plates have low corrosive property and can withstand low heat. Several layers of either chromium or nickel are added to make it suitable for usage in various environments.

ASTM A333 covers nominal (average) wall seamless and welded carbon and alloy steel pipe intended for use at low temperatures. Several grades of ferritic steel are included.

ASTM A106 Grade B is a mild steel pipe material usually used in industrial plants, power plants, power plants, refineries, and chemical plants. ASTM A106 GR. B Carbon Steel Seamless pipes must be solution annealed according to the heat treatment part to restore the ferrite.

EN 10297-2 is the material standard for stainless and heat-resisting steels for seamless tubes for mechanical and general engineering, (i.e. not pressure), purposes. This new standard was first published in December 2005.
